Our devices are designed to assist with communication but should not be relied upon for critical, legal, medical, or safety-related translations where absolute accuracy is required.

All prices are listed in the currency indicated on the Site and are subject to change without notice. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Please inspect your package upon receipt and contact us immediately at support@smarttranslatordevice.com if your order arrives damaged or incomplete.

5. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your Smart Translator Device, you may return it within thirty (30) days of delivery, provided the product is in its original condition with all accessories, packaging, and documentation included.

To initiate a return, contact us at support@smarttranslatordevice.com with your order number. Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days of receiving the returned product. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Warranty

Smart Translator Device products come with a limited manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of delivery. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow product instructions. To make a warranty claim, contact support@smarttranslatordevice.com with proof of purchase and a description of the defect.
